We had 2 small ribbons for the Itty Bitty’s bows and flowers, but we quickly filled them up and needed a new alternative. I found some materials a few months ago, but my original plan didn’t work out, so I shelved the project for a while. (And apparently the photo of the materials before I started working on it, so just imagine you see a black and white curvy canvas that was clearanced for 3.80 at Hobby Lobby, pink paint, pink and white ribbon, and some printed fabric on sitting my dining room table.)
Instead of covering it with fabric as originally planned, I primed and painted it and thenĀ attached the ribbons in a criss cross pattern, using a staple gun to secure each ribbon to the board.

I arranged the bows by color and put the flowers in the middle to make it easy when yelling instructions at The Husband when he dresses her.
We like it so far!

This is soooooooooooo cute!! I may have to snag this idea once our baby has hair (which, if she’s like J, may be a while down the road).
Thanks! It was really, embarassingly easy
